All new homes are built with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, formal living room, modern kitchen, laundry room, and garage.

Now you can own a new home before it is completed! You can buy one of our houses currently under construction and have the ability to choose which package of interior/exterior paint, flooring, tile backsplash, and kitchen counters you would like in your new home. These basic packages are included in the sales price. Additional upgrades can also be included for an additional cost.
