6th Street Mixed Use Development

This 8,000-square-foot rehab project transformed an underused and blighted building into three retail commercial spaces and three apartments in a historic mixed-use setting.  The property is now home to two restaurants, a drycleaner and three apartment residences.  CHWC is the owner, developer and leasing agent.
