Join CHWC for its 2nd Annual Evening Under the Stars Fundraiser
August 28th has been announced as the date for CHWC's annual fundraiser. Building on the success of last year's event, CHWC will once again hold the fundriaser on the rooftop of Los Cabos at the Legends at Village West. The event will feature a delicious Mexican buffet, live music and prizing, and what will surely be lasting memories among friends and colleagues. Studio 804 Announces 2nd Open House
On June 5th from noon - 4 pm, Studio 804 will have an Open House of its environmentally passive house it has constructed in the Prescott Neighborhood.

CHWC partners with Unified Govt. for NSP program.
In partnership with the Unified Government of Wyandotte
County, CHWC is a proud partner in the Neighborhood Stabilization
Program (NSP) to combat vacant and foreclosed homes in our community. This program
is funded by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA), which is administered by
the Department of Commerce with the State of Kansas. The funds administered will result in the construction of new single-family homes in the Kansas City area, to be completed mid 2010.
